Class of 2006

15th Reunion Program

Throughout the weekend

Just want a space to drop in and see who is around? Look no further. Consider this our reunion headquarters, our virtual JCR, hosted on the Wonder.me platform for the weekend. Platform is unofficially open now!

Any time this weekend, visit our virtual photobooth and take a selfie, whether sip and painting, PJ dancing, or enjoying an adventure in the real world! Check it out and share the photo to show your Class of 2006 pride, no matter where you are, even if you are not able to attend our full slate of programs!

Friday, June 4th

They might try to keep us off campus, but we're showing up anyway! Our Boston area-based Co-chair Meghan Haggerty ventures to Harvard Square, and tries to sweet talk her way into videoing evidence that the Houses still exist in 2021. Will she succeed? Are those House Renovations real or myth? Tune in to find out!

5:00 pm Reunion Kickoff and Pub night
Officially kick off this reunion! Don't worry, this won't just be the Class of 2006 imbibing in front of our computers, pretending we were in Loker Commons turned Queenshead Pub. Come join our Zoom Pub Night with activities including a Harvard Bartending Mixology Course (non-alcoholic versions taught as well) and a Sip and Paint (pre-registration required for paint supplies to be delivered to you, or prepare your own)!

Saturday, June 5th

11:00 am TED Talks
Join us for this Powerful Hour of 4 curated speakers from our class, followed by a brief Q&A session. Hosted by Alissa Heinersheid and Mary Stevenson Mahadev.

12:45 pm Professional Group/Panel Discussions
Come meet and chat with and hear from other '06ers who do what you do, or what you wish you did! Topical breakout rooms below. This will be a single zoom link so that you may move between rooms. If you don't see your area of expertise but would like to host a room, please let us know!
Public Service: Hosted by Erica Scott-Puopolo and Andrea Mayrose. A panel discussion with classmates in Public Service.
Medicine and Law: Hosted by Nina Vasan and Allison Rone Foreman. We surveyed 100 professionals and the result is unanimous: we are tired and want to have some fun! Syndicated daytime gameshow fun! Come join us in a friendly game of Family Feud, where the winning team wins bragging rights and there will be zero mention of virion-that-shall-not-be-named.
Business: Hosted by Teddy Chestnut. Whether you’re building a seed-stage startup or navigating your way through the F500, the last year has been... crazy. Come swap stories, experiences, and reflections on thriving (or at least surviving) in the new normal. As always, see you on Zoom...

2:00 pm Group Reunions
From PBHA House to your House (yes, even the Quad ones), tune in to say hi to classmates who you spent all your undergrad hours with when you weren't in class. Check out the list of groups hosting breakout rooms. This will be a single zoom link so that you may move between rooms. House reunions from 2-2:30, with special guest appearance from the retiring Adams House Faculty Deans, the Palfreys, and Jorge Texeira, Adams House Building Manager. From 2:30-3:30 will be our ClassACT planning session, hosted by Liz Jackson and Josh Monahan, to help our class make a sustainable difference in the future. Also If you would like to see a room for your undergraduate organization, sports team, or house, please contact us

7:00 pm Pajama Dance Party
You sleep and work in them; now let's dance together in our pajamas! No suds at this one, but shoutout to the creators of the Mather Lather. We will be having a virtual dance party, co-hosted by Hana Alberts and Meghan Haggerty, with family also invited. Kwame Owusu-Kesse will be taking off his CEO hat and stepping into his DJ role, providing some throwback classics. We will also have acitivities for smaller groups in breakout rooms, including a virtual photo booth!

Sunday, June 6th

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Memorial Service
Please join us for a Memorial Service for those in our class who we have lost over the years. A contemplative hour to be together virtually as we remember those classmates who we have lost. The service will consist of individual tributes to those who have passed, as well as musical and spoken offerings from members of the Class of 2006. Please have a candle and lighter/match available for a communal candle-lighting near the end of the services. Share photos and reflections before, during, and after the service here. PDF Program Available for Download. Hosted by Aoife Spillane-Hinks and Andrea Mayrose.

1:00 pm Brunch
We officially conclude our 15th Reunion weekend. BYO waffles! When the Harvard Class of 2006 gets together, even virtually, magic happens! (We took the liberty of booking the magicians). This will not be goodbye, but rather see you soon, as more local get-togethers and activities are anticipated in the upcoming months.
